1. Eligibility for Return
- Custom Products: Custom-designed products are generally non-returnable. However, returns and refunds are accepted only in the following cases:some text
- Incorrect design placement (e.g., design on the wrong side of the product).
- Incorrect size received (e.g., user ordered M size but received L size).
- Product is damaged or torn upon arrival.
- Non-Custom Products: Currently, all products on Not Funny are custom-designed, so this policy applies to all items.

- Undamaged and in its original condition.
- Tag must be intact; items with removed tags will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
