At Not Funny, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your custom-designed apparel. Here’s everything you need to know about our refund and return process:

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Custom Products: Custom-designed products are generally non-returnable. However, returns and refunds are accepted only in the following cases:some text
    • Incorrect design placement (e.g., design on the wrong side of the product).
    • Incorrect size received (e.g., user ordered M size but received L size).
    • Product is damaged or torn upon arrival.
  • Non-Custom Products: Currently, all products on Not Funny are custom-designed, so this policy applies to all items.
  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be:some text
    • Clean and unused.
    • Undamaged and in its original condition.
    • Tag must be intact; items with removed tags will not be accepted.

2. Return Process

  • Return Shipping: Not Funny covers the cost of return shipping.

  • Return Instructions: Ensure the product is clean, unused, and in its original condition.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligibility: Refunds are provided for:some text

    • Damaged items.
    • Incorrect design placement.
  • Processing Time: Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Note: Not Funny only accepts prepaid orders; cash on delivery is not available.

4. Exchanges

  • Policy: Exchanges are not available as all products are customized based on user preferences.

Custom Products: Custom-designed products are not eligible for exchange.
