If you need to cancel your custom order, please review our cancellation policy below:
1. Cancellation Window
- Cancellation Timeframe: Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placement, provided the order status is still "Created." Once the status changes to "Processing," cancellation is no longer possible.
2. Customization
- Order Cancellation: Customized orders cannot be canceled once the status has changed to "Processing."
- Design Changes: You can request changes to your custom design within 30 minutes of placing the order by contacting us via WhatsApp. Changes are subject to production capabilities and are not always guaranteed.
3. Shipped Orders
- Cancellation After Shipping: Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. Customers are required to accept the delivery as scheduled.
- Refused Deliveries: If a customer refuses delivery, no refund will be issued.
